Substitute Teacher - The Orchard School

Founded in 1922, Orchard is an independent, non-sectarian, progressive school for 550 students in preschool through the 8^th grade. Orchard is committed to advance each student’s academic success, self-confidence, open-mindedness, ethical character, leadership, and love of learning. The Orchard School is seeking dynamic, and collaborative elementary and middle school substitute teachers. The successful candidates will put children at the center of their own learning, facilitate engaging hands-on project-based learning, and understand elementary and middle school child development. Ideally, the candidates would have a passion for diversity, equity, and social justice work and training.
