We want to get to know you and help you to determine if Orchard is the best educational fit for your child. Please complete the application and return it to the Admissions Office, along with $75 application fee. The application deadline for first round placement consideration is February 6, 2009. Applications submitted after this date will be placed in our wait pool and may be considered as additional openings occur through the spring and summer months.
- Confidential Teacher Recommendation Forms

Each applicant's current teacher must mail or fax (317) 253-9707 the Confidential Teacher Recommendation directly to the Admissions Office. Middle School applicants (5th-8th grade) must submit two Confidential Teacher Recommendation forms. This requirement will be waived for Preschool and Kindergarten applicants who are not currently in a classroom setting.
